Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PYP (Primary Years Programme) Facilitator for a full-time position at our Hyderabad campus. The PYP Facilitator will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the IB curriculum, fostering inquiry-based learning, and promoting critical thinking among young students. The facilitator will collaborate with colleagues, maintain a nurturing classroom environment, assess student progress, and actively participate in professional development initiatives. This is an on-site role that offers opportunities for growth and contribution to a dynamic learning ecosystem.

Qualifications Expertise in IB curriculum delivery, inquiry-based teaching, and educational planning for primary-grade levels. Strong Experience in PYP 4 & 5. Strong abilities in fostering collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking among young learners. Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using innovative teaching tools and technology in the classroom. Commitment to continuous professional development and engagement in school initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; IB workshop certifications are an added advantage. Prior experience as a PYP facilitator or in a similar role is preferred.
