Key Responsibilities: Support acquisition and setup of computer and networking hardware Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user systems and network devices Handle Level 2 IT incidents/requests and coordinate with business leads Citrix application installation, configuration, and optimization Network device, WAN circuit, file server troubleshooting & vendor management Server patching, auditing, and compliance Service Desk support via phone/email with timely issue resolution Incident trend analysis and preventive action planning Documentation of end-user issues and resolutions Antivirus updates, preventive maintenance, and fix validation
