Zoho One Developer

Position Summary

The Zoho One Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications within the Zoho One platform to support Global Nurse Force’s operational and strategic objectives. This role will partner with cross-functional business units—Recruitment, Career Pathways, Visa Services, Licensing & Credentialing, Deployment—to identify automation opportunities, enhance workflows, and ensure seamless integration across systems. The developer will serve as the technical lead for all Zoho-related initiatives, ensuring system scalability, reliability, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development & Customization · Develop and configure custom applications within the Zoho One suite (CRM, Recruit, Creator, Projects, Books, People, Analytics, Flow, etc.). · Customize modules, layouts, blueprints, and workflows to meet department-specific requirements. · Write and maintain Deluge scripts to automate tasks and extend Zoho functionality. · Develop and manage custom functions, APIs, and integrations within and outside of Zoho.

2. System Integration & Automation · Design and implement integrations between Zoho and third-party systems such as job boards, HRIS platforms, accounting tools, and marketing systems. · Utilize Zoho Flow, APIs, and webhooks to create automated cross-platform workflows. · Support data migration projects and ensure ongoing synchronization and data quality across all Zoho applications. · Identify and implement opportunities to streamline manual processes using Zoho automation tools.

3. Reporting & Analytics · Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics to support business intelligence and performance tracking. · Analyze operational data and provide insights to improve efficiency and decision-making. · Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all system reports.

4. System Administration & Maintenance · Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure proper system access and data security. · Perform regular system audits and updates to maintain platform performance and compliance with organizational policies. · Document configurations, changes, and processes for internal reference and continuity. · Liaise with Zoho Support as needed to troubleshoot technical issues.

5. User Training & Support · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. · Conduct user training sessions, prepare reference guides, and provide ongoing user support. · Promote best practices and ensure user adoption of Zoho systems and tools. Qualifications & Experience

Required: · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. · 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho One applications, including CRM, Creator, Recruit, Analytics, and Flow. · Proficiency in Deluge scripting, API integration, and workflow automation. · Strong understanding of relational databases, data mapping, and process design. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Preferred: · Experience working in healthcare staffing or recruitment · Experience managing full Zoho One environments across multiple departments.
