Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, mid-year & annual appraisals, performance reviews, and documentation.
Coordinate and implement Training & Development programs based on training needs analysis.
Monitor employee performance metrics and support managers in performance improvement plans.
Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and recommend improvement strategies.
Ensure HR policies and processes are aligned with company objectives.
Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
8+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
