Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba QA Engineer to support L3 production issues and perform regression testing across SAP Ariba modules. The role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba processes along with hands-on experience in automation testing using Katalon and Selenium to ensure system stability after fixes and enhancements.

4 - 8 years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba QA Engineer to support L3 production issues and perform regression testing across SAP Ariba modules. The role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba processes along with hands-on experience in automation testing using Katalon and Selenium to ensure system stability after fixes and enhancements. Key Responsibilities Provide L3 support for SAP Ariba applications by validating fixes for production incidents. Perform regression testing for SAP Ariba after patches, upgrades, configuration changes, and enhancements. Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test suites

using Katalon and Selenium. Execute manual test cases for complex Ariba business scenarios where automation is not feasible. Validate fixes related to Guided Buying, Sourcing, ACC , ACW, and SLP modules. Test integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S/4HANA via CIG. Perform end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) testing, including approvals, invoicing, and supplier collaboration. Collaborate with L3 functional and technical teams to reproduce production defects. Ensure no regression issues are introduced due to hotfixes or changes. Maintain test documentation, regression packs, and execution reports. Support UAT and release validation activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in SAP Ariba QA / L3 Support environment. Hands-on experience in regression testing for SAP Ariba. Expertise in Katalon Studio and Selenium WebDriver. Good scripting knowledge in Java . Strong understanding of Ariba P2P, Sourcing, and Contract workflows. Experience testing Ariba CIG integrations and data flows. Knowledge of defect lifecycle management (JIRA, ALM). Familiarity with Agile and ITIL-based support processes. Preferred Qualifications SAP Ariba Certification. Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration testing. CI/CD integration of automation tests (Jenkins).
