The Role:
We are hiring a
Senior IT / ERP Technical Recruiter
who can deliver in complex environments.
You will:
Own full-cycle recruiting across ERP and enterprise IT roles (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft, Cloud, Data, Security)
Conduct structured technical qualification conversations
Align compensation, work authorization, and delivery constraints early
Deliver high-quality, submission-ready candidates
Drive process momentum from submission to start
Protect credibility, margin, and alignment
This is a performance role, not an activity role.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary
3% commission on first 5 placements
5% commission starting from the 6th placement onward
Additional performance incentives and bonuses
Top performers are rewarded for consistency and quality.
