Overview
CCS Global Tech is expanding its
US Federal IT Staffing business
and is seeking a
Senior Business Development Manager with a strong hunting mindset
to drive
new client acquisition
across the U.S. Federal and Government sector.
This role is sales-led and revenue-focused, requiring hands-on experience winning new Federal / State government staffing clients, navigating prime vendors and MSP ecosystems, and closing IT staffing agreements.
This is
not a delivery, recruitment, or operations-heavy role .
Responsibilities
Acquire
new U.S. Federal / State / Prime / MSP staffing clients
Own the
full sales cycle : prospecting → pitching → proposals → negotiations → closure
Build relationships with
procurement teams, program managers, and prime vendors
Drive
revenue, pipeline, and new logos
Lead and manage an
India-based sourcing team
post client acquisition
Partner with delivery and leadership on
pricing, margins, and compliance
Track Federal market trends and upcoming opportunities
Requirements
8–15 years total experience
Minimum 6 years recent experience in U.S. IT staffing business development
Hands-on Federal / State government staffing sales experience
Proven
new client acquisition (hunting)
track record
Strong understanding of
Federal contracts, labor categories, and MSP ecosystems
Experience managing BD or sourcing teams
Able to work
U.S. time zones
