Description and Requirements:
Required Experience: 1-3 Yrs
Qualification Required Graduation: B.Tech (CSE/IT)/ BCA
Post Graduation: MBA
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Development (40%)
Requirements Analysis
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client business challenges and objectives
Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to gather detailed requirements
Analyze client needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements
Identify gaps between client needs and proposed solutions
Solution Architecture
Design comprehensive IT solutions that address client business problems
Develop solution architectures for managed services, cloud, application development, and digital transformation initiatives
Create technical solution documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps
Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and client technology landscape
Value Proposition Development
Articulate clear business value and ROI for proposed solutions
Develop compelling business cases with financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis
Create differentiated value propositions that highlight competitive advantages
Quantify benefits including cost savings, efficiency gains, and revenue impact
Proposal & Presentation Development (30%)
Proposal Management
Lead end-to-end proposal development for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
Write executive summaries, solution descriptions, and technical sections
Coordinate with technical teams, delivery teams, and subject matter experts
Ensure proposals are compliant, compelling, and submitted on time
Develop pricing models and commercial structures
Presentation Creation
Create professional, persuasive PowerPoint presentations for client meetings
Develop customized pitch decks tailored to specific client needs and industries
Design visually compelling slides that communicate complex concepts clearly
Prepare demo scripts and proof-of-concept materials
Client Presentations
Deliver solution presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions
Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions with clients
Handle Q&A and objection handling during presentations
Present at industry conferences and events
Sales Support & Collaboration (20%)
Sales Cycle Support
Partner with account executives throughout the sales cycle
Qualify opportunities and assess win probability
Participate in client meetings, discovery calls, and negotiations
Provide technical and business expertise during sales conversations
Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions
Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with client stakeholders including IT, business units, and procurement
Coordinate with internal teams including delivery, technical architects, and product teams
Manage expectations and communications throughout the sales process
Act as trusted advisor to clients on technology and business strategy
Market & Competitive Intelligence (10%)
Research & Analysis
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments
Conduct competitive analysis and maintain competitive intelligence database
Research client industries and business challenges
Stay current on company products, services, and capabilities
Knowledge Management
Develop and maintain proposal content library and templates
Create case studies and success stories
Document lessons learned and best practices
Contribute to knowledge sharing and team training
