Senior Product Designer(5+ yrs)

Pre-Requisites

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, with substantial exposure to building and shipping consumer-facing digital products at scale. Ownership & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to independently lead end-to-end design initiatives — from problem framing and discovery to execution and post-launch impact. Experience mentoring junior designers and elevating team craft through structured feedback. Portfolio: A strong portfolio that reflects depth of thinking — showcasing how you’ve translated ambiguous problem spaces into scalable user experiences through research, systems thinking, and iterative design. Design Systems Thinking: Hands-on experience contributing to, evolving, and scaling design systems to drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across multiple product surfaces. Problem Framing: Ability to break down complex product and business problems into clear design opportunities, balancing user needs with organizational goals. Execution in Ambiguity: Proven track record of operating effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities — with strong judgment on trade-offs and prioritization. Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Business, and Engineering.

What You’ll Do Lead critical product initiatives with a high degree of ownership and accountability. Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape product strategy through design. Drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces through structured thinking and user-centric approaches. Contribute to the evolution of our design system and help scale design quality across the organization. Mentor junior designers and actively contribute to building team culture and design maturity. Use data, research insights, and experimentation to inform design decisions and measure impact.
