Key Responsibilities Monitor trading systems and ensure accurate booking of trades on a

Trade Date (TD)

basis Perform

daily reconciliation

of positions and balances; identify, investigate, and resolve breaks Timely escalation of unresolved breaks to the Supervisor by end of day Daily interaction with

Sales & Trading Desks

and IWM business units, including handling ad-hoc trade-related queries via phone Demonstrate strong process knowledge across products managed under the assigned remit Ensure adequate

cross-training

within the team to support planned or unplanned absences Escalate and maintain thorough documentation of all issues/breaks to Supervisor/Manager Actively participate in

process re-engineering

initiatives and project work to improve efficiency Ensure strict compliance with

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications & Experience 2–6 years

of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in

Middle Office / Trade Support

roles Mandatory experience in

reconciliation and settlements Exposure to

Cash Equity, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Structured Notes, or Derivatives

is an added advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills; role involves daily calls with traders and business units.
