The Role This is a

onsite role

at the intersection of community building, content creation, and early-stage growth.

You will:

Build and nurture local health-focused communities through regular engagement and small events Create authentic content across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn to share stories, learnings, and progress Actively engage with members online and offline—listening, encouraging, and guiding Track basic engagement and growth metrics to understand what’s working Help shape a repeatable community playbook as we expand to new cities

This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with people and believes meaningful growth comes from trust, not noise.

Who Should Apply You’ll thrive here if you are:

Naturally empathetic and people-oriented Comfortable creating simple, authentic content (written, visual, or video) Digitally fluent and curious about how communities grow Organised enough to manage conversations, follow-ups, and engagement consistently Comfortable experimenting and figuring things out as you go Based in Aurangabad and open to on-ground interaction

Prior experience in content, events, or communities is a plus—but not required.
