Front-End Developer (React)

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven React Front-end Developer to strengthen our engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces for our technology products. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, contribute to a core set of products, and directly impact our user experience through cutting-edge front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop user-facing features using React.js, following best practices and modern architectural patterns. - Collaborate closely with UX Designers, and back-end engineers to interpret wireframes and prototypes, ensuring technical feasibility and functional front-end components. - Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Recoil) to handle complex application states. - Integrate the front-end with RESTful APIs provided by the MuleSoft ESB team and other backend services, such as GraphQL services. - Ensure the application is highly performant, responsive, and adheres to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a reusable component library and design system. - Conduct code reviews and actively participate in sprint planning and estimation. - Identify, troubleshoot, and debug front-end issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with significant expertise in React.js and its core principles. - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Strong experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack and Babel. - Proven ability to consume RESTful services and handle asynchronous data flows effectively. - Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Preferrable Skills

- Familiarity with UI component libraries (e.g. Chakra UI) or experience in building design systems. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Cloudflare) or CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Experience with Azure DevOps.
