Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, strong exposure to the US market, and proven expertise in outbound calling and prospecting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end B2B sales activities focused on the US market. - Execute high-volume outbound calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads. - Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through the complete sales cycle. - Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients. - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth lead handover and deal closure. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in the CRM. - Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to management. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the US market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling services or solutions. - Mandatory experience working with US-based clients/market. - Strong hands-on experience in outbound calling and cold outreach. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. - Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms. - Experience in international sales or IT / SaaS / AEC industry is a plus.
