Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI Systems

As a

Senior Full-Stack Engineer , you will shape the core of

Emlyt’s voice automation platform , building scalable systems and intuitive interfaces that power millions of AI-driven conversations. You’ll work across the full stack—leveraging

React, TypeScript, and Node.js —to deliver fast, reliable, and elegant solutions. Working closely with the founding team, you will bridge

backend architecture

(prompt orchestration, agent workflows, telephony integrations) with

frontend experiences

(dashboards, analytics, and onboarding flows). This is a high-impact role with rapid feedback cycles, direct customer collaboration, and the opportunity to define a

category-leading AI product transforming global communication .

Key Responsibilities

Own

end-to-end deployment

from POC to production, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance Develop core platform features including

prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, CRM, and telephony integrations Build

scalable full-stack systems , from polished UIs to robust APIs and DevOps workflows Lead projects from

architecture to production , owning coding, deployment, and continuous iteration Design

intuitive interfaces and APIs

that enable customers to go live within hours Support customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and convert feedback into product enhancements

Required Qualifications

5–6 years

of experience in AI engineering, distributed systems, or large-scale automation 2+ years

of hands-on full-stack experience with

React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Supabase 2–3 years of recent experience

with

agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration , such as: AgentCore, Gemini Enterprise, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar Strong expertise in

distributed systems, orchestration platforms, and cloud-native architectures Proven experience deploying

agentic ecosystems at scale

and managing autonomous workflows Solid understanding of

AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks Founder-level ownership mindset with the ability to proactively solve problems across the stack Ability to thrive in

fast-paced, high-growth environments Clear communication and effective collaboration in small, dynamic teams

Preferred Skills

Experience with

Agent-as-a-Service

models and enterprise operationalization strategies Background working in

large-scale infrastructure environments Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills

Compensation
