Product Manager (Japanese Language)

SourceFuse Technologies hiring Product Manager with 5+ years of experience. Please note: The candidate should be willing to relocate to Japan.

Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, specifications, and features. Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends. Roadmap & Planning:

Develop detailed production timelines, launch plans, and pricing strategies to guide product introduction. Product Development:

Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research and analysis. Marketing Strategy:

Create and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market positioning Technical Roadmap Ownership:

CPartner with engineering leads to define the technical feasibility, dependencies, and timelines of product initiatives. Backlog Prioritization:

Translate technical complexity into business impact to balance feature development with scalability and performance improvements. Quality & Release Management:

Oversee end-to-end release planning, including QA, UAT, and deployment readiness Security & Compliance Awareness:

Ensure features meet HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR and other data protection standards. Platform Evolution:

Drive architectural discussions for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Skills & Abilities: One who can understand client vision One who can do Market Research/stakeholder interviews/analysis Has experience with Product Roadmap -Features/Epic/Stories Has Deep experience in wireframing products Will be Working closely with designers (keen sense of Ui and UX) Has Design Thinking experience/Mind maps Has the Ability to create compelling product presentations Has Experience working with Agile Development team API and Integration Knowledge:

Ability to conceptualize and manage API-based products, integrations, and data flow between systems. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Familiarity with data analytics, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or Tableau) for product performance insights. Tech Stack Awareness:

Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams about technologies like React, Node.js, microservices, and containerization. AI/ML Familiarity:

Understanding of AI-driven features, data pipelines, and model integration (if relevant to your roadmap). Japanese Language - Mandatory
