Role Overview The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions spanning predictive analytics, natural language processing, and

Generative / Agentic AI

systems. The role requires hands-on experience in building and integrating AI models with enterprise data, APIs, and digital channels to enable smarter decisioning, automation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement

AI/ML models

for personalization, recommendations, fraud detection, and credit/risk scoring. Build and integrate

Generative AI

solutions using

LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

for document intelligence, conversational bots, and content generation. Develop and orchestrate

Agentic AI workflows

for autonomous task execution across enterprise systems (e.g., query handling, data enrichment, summarization). Collaborate with

Data Engineering

teams to source, clean, and structure training datasets from diverse financial systems. Integrate AI capabilities into customer applications, CRM, and decisioning systems via APIs or microservices. Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases. Implement

explainability, bias detection, and ethical AI governance

across deployed models. Work with DevOps to containerize and deploy AI models on

Azure ML Stay updated with emerging frameworks in

Agentic AI ,

LangChain ,

LlamaIndex , and

semantic orchestration tools .

Technical Skills Mandatory: Proficiency in

Python ,

PyTorch / TensorFlow ,

scikit-learn , and

OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs . Knowledge of

LLM fine-tuning ,

prompt engineering , and

RAG architectures . Understanding of

vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma)

and

embeddings-based retrieval . Familiarity with

MLOps

pipelines using

Azure ML ,

MLflow , or

Kubeflow . Good to Have: Experience with

LangChain ,

LlamaIndex , or similar Agentic AI frameworks. Knowledge of

data governance ,

model monitoring , and

AI security

best practices.

Experience 6–10 years

of experience in AI/ML engineering. Minimum

2 years

of hands-on work with

LLMs or Generative AI solutions . Prior experience in

BFSI ,

fintech , or

digital transformation

projects preferred.

Job Location : Bangalore (initially will have to work from our Kochi Office, as Bangalore office is yet to open)
