Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

As an Influencer Marketing Trainee, you’ll assist in managing influencer campaigns from start to finish — supporting creator identification, outreach, coordination, deliverables tracking, and performance reporting. Over time, you’ll begin taking ownership of smaller campaigns and creator relationships independently.

This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role requiring strong coordination skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing clarity.

Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end - Research and shortlist relevant creators aligned with brand strategy - Assist with creator outreach, follow-ups, and onboarding - Coordinate timelines, deliverables, content approvals, and posting schedules - Ensure smooth communication between brand teams and creators - Maintain campaign trackers, contracts, and influencer databases - Track performance metrics and assist in compiling insights reports - Support campaign ideation and execution planning with the strategy team - Gradually take ownership of smaller campaign segments or creator clusters

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Emotionally intelligent and comfortable working with people - Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure - Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred) - Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing
