Key Requirements:

4+ Years of experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP

Knowledge of working with the newer versions and features of STEP (2025.x and above)

Strong knowledge of Data Modelling, Data Analysis, Workflow Design, Web UI design, Business Rules API

Experience in building integrations between STEP and other systems

Ability to analyze complex data and issues.
