Role Description We are seeking an experienced

Freelance SAP Service-to-Cash (S2C) Functional Lead

with

10+ years of SAP functional experience , including

5+ years of deep S2C expertise , to lead service-based Order-to-Cash implementations and optimization initiatives. The consultant will play a

key leadership role , working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver

scalable, efficient S2C solutions

across complex SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Service-to-Cash (S2C) processes covering service orders, service execution, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition Ensure seamless end-to-end service-based Order-to-Cash process flows across SAP systems Configure and optimize S2C processes in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments Integrate S2C with key SAP modules including FI/CO, Service Management, and SAP CX / CRM Configure pricing, service contracts, and credit management in SAP Support and coordinate integrations with external systems such as CRM platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and present solution designs Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure solution quality and successful delivery Mentor junior consultants and review functional deliverables to ensure adherence to best practices Required Skills & Experience 10+ years

SAP functional experience 5+ years

of strong hands-on experience in

SAP Service-to-Cash (S2C) Proven experience leading

S2C implementations or enhancements Strong configuration experience in: Service orders Billing and invoicing Revenue recognition Hands-on experience with

SAP S/4HANA or ECC Strong integration knowledge across SAP and non-SAP systems Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills Ability to lead delivery in complex enterprise environments
