DevOps & Network Security Engineer

Role Description This is a Full-Time or Part-Time, Fully-Remote freelance role (12-Month Contract) for a DevOps & Network Security Engineer within the Core-Product team. You will serve as the structural engineer responsible for building and fortifying the backend infrastructure of our Security Operations Center (SoC) and SIEM tools, ensuring our threat intelligence pipelines remain resilient, scalable, and secure. You will be tasked with guaranteeing the seamless, secure flow of critical network data from industrial/enterprise environments into our analytics engines. Responsibilities include: Infrastructure Management: Maintain, scale, and deploy the underlying infrastructure for our security platforms using Docker and Kubernetes. Network Integration & Security: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot computer networks to ensure a reliable, secure data flow into our SIEM and analytical backend. Pipeline Automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, secure deployment of backend Python applications and microservices. Data Handling: Manage the ingestion and routing of complex, high-volume network telemetry data.

Qualifications Education: BS/B.Tech/BE or MS/M.Tech/ME in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Infrastructure & Containers: Strong, demonstrable proficiency in Docker (creating optimized images, complex compose files) and Kubernetes (managing production deployments, services, pods, and scaling). Networking: Deep understanding of Computer Networks and security protocols (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Firewalls, Routing, VPNs, Zero-Trust principles). Development: Solid experience in building and deploying Python applications and microservices. System Administration: Experience with Linux administration. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data clearly over virtual conferencing platforms to international stakeholders. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other associates. Preferred (Nice to have): * Awareness of the NIS2 directive and ISO-27001 & IEC 62443 standards. Basic Machine Learning knowledge or familiarity with deploying ML models. Experience interacting with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Flower) from an infrastructure/deployment perspective.
