AVP Sales/Senior General Manager Sales
Years of experience: 10 to 12
Areas of focus: Head the entire Sales of residential/commercial segment, Team management, sales strategy, operational & developmental sales
Responsibilities
- Formulation and implementation of the sales strategy for the project.
- Conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project
- Collaborate with multiple departments like Accounts & Finance, Legal to develop sales programs that align with overall business objectives.
- Evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, laws & regulation
- Overall efficient resource management, drive cost reduction & achievement of targets for the project
- Managing the entire customer life cycle with excellent customer experience from booking to Handover to CRM
- Identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers (E.g. Corporates, HNI Clients)
- Identify and develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration
- Identify local media for marketing communication and provide inputs to the marketing team
- Develop and implement training programs that teach sales members how to get customers with continually coaching.
- Evaluate sales performance to ensure generation of leads through calls, references and various marketing & promotional measures and to ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions.
- Develop incentive plans for Sales team
- Prepare and present sales reports, revenue & expenses reports, forecast reports etc to management as required.
- Keep abreast of developments in the area
- Manage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, provide periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning
- To share best practices within the micro market
Qualifications
- MBA – Sales & Marketing
Preferred candidate:
- Excellent people management skills
- Real estate industry expertise in luxury & ultra luxury market segment
- Strong network of brokers
- Strategic thinker with problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with handling launch to handover of the project
