Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Bhopal. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. Other responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining recruitment databases, and building strong relationships with candidates. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will help optimize recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications Recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing skills Proficiency in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidate qualifications Experience in creating and maintaining recruitment databases and pipelines Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple recruitment projects Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of labor laws and best recruitment practices is a plus
