Job Summary We are looking for an experienced

SEO Manager

to lead and execute our organic search strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth, improving keyword rankings, and managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong analytical skills and up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms. Working experience in US based companies or US clients only.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization initiatives Manage on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page/link-building activities Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, mobile optimization) Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs and ROI on a regular basis Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends Mentor and guide junior SEO executives or team members

Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of proven experience in SEO and organic growth Working experience in US based companies or US clients only Working experience into B2B services or agencies Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.) Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword tracking tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have Experience in managing large websites or multiple domains Knowledge of CRO, UX, and content marketing Exposure to international SEO and local SEO strategies
