Role Overview As a Business Central Functional Consultant, you will: Engage with customers to understand business processes and requirements Design end-to-end functional solutions using

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications Configure and optimize BC modules to align with business objectives Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations Support UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation activities Ensure clear, structured communication throughout the project lifecycle

Functional Expertise Required Hands-on experience in core Business Central functional areas: Financial Management & Accounting Sales, Purchasing & Order Management Inventory & Supply Chain Processes Project / Service Management (preferred) Third-party integrations (good to have)

Required Skills & Experience 8-12 years of experience in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows Proven experience in customer interaction and requirement gathering Experience in full-cycle or multiple implementation projects Strong documentation, fit-gap analysis, and solution design skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
