User Interface Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: Pune (Viman Nagar) , Gurugram – Sector 19, (Enkay Center)

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST

Work Model: 5 Days work from office

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing intuitive, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with AI-powered design and code-generation tools and can rapidly translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality design specifications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications - Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs - Use Figma for design systems, layouts, and interactive prototyping - Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) to accelerate wireframe and layout generation - Build and iterate on prototypes using AI-powered code editors - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation - Deliver clear design specifications and documentation to support development - Participate in design reviews, usability discussions, and rapid iteration cycles - Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all designs

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications - Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability - Hands-on experience with Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems) - Working knowledge of HTML and CSS - Experience using AI-assisted design and development tools - Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
