We are looking for a dedicated custodian of our internal order, someone who understands that for a high-growth startup to scale effectively, its financial and operational pulse must be disciplined, audit-ready, and frictionless. You will own the day-to-day backbone of Novaex, ensuring that while our team disrupts the market, our house remains in perfect order.

Your Mandate

As the Finance Administrator, you will be the central gear that keeps the company moving forward. Reporting to the leadership team, you will have total ownership over the financial and administrative workflows that sustain our growth. This is a role for a detail-obsessed professional who takes pride in precision and stability.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Owning Financial Fidelity: Manage the complete lifecycle of financial documentation. You will handle purchase/sales invoice matching, uploads to Odoo/Zoho, and ensure our records represent a single source of truth. - Driving Compliance & Governance: Act as the primary bridge with our Chartered Accountants for GST filings and bank work. You will maintain constant "audit readiness" and assist in enforcing light SOC2 hygiene, ensuring our access controls, documentation, and process discipline meet global standards. - Orchestrating Operational Pulse: maintain the company's MIS and basic P&L tracking to provide leadership with clear visibility into financial health. You will manage payroll, salary processing, and expense management with zero error tolerance. - Streamlining Logistics: Remove friction for the core team by managing travel bookings and general administration, allowing the builders to focus on building. - Systems Mastery: You will be the owner of our ERP/CRM tools (Odoo/Zoho), ensuring that bills are uploaded instantly and data integrity is preserved at all times.
