We are looking for Senior Consultant - MFT (Managed File Transfer)
Location - Pune (Hybrid Mode)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, development, implementation, and enhancements for Go Anywhere, Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, and Cleo Harmony platforms.
- Act as an L3 SME for complex incidents, root cause analysis, performance issues, partner onboarding, and protocol-level troubleshooting.
- Drive automation-first approaches across infrastructure, operations, alerting, and deployments.
- Conduct technical discussions, stand-ups, solution reviews, and architecture walkthroughs with PGS and PFG teams.
- Administer MFT platforms including installation, upgrades, patching, server maintenance, configuration, and capacity analysis.
- Manage file transfer protocols (FTP, FTPS, SFTP, AS2, S3, connect: Direct) and ensure secure, reliable partner integrations.
- Manage certificates (CSR creation, renewals, deployment, validation).
- Support migrations and modernization efforts (e.g., Cleo/File Gateway → Go Anywhere).
- Manage platform databases and build scripts/automation that leverage application DB metadata.
- Work closely with infrastructure and network teams to ensure availability, performance, and security (including LB, FW, DMZ architecture).
- Apply patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation based on enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gathe+F2r requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Adopt AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code practices (CDK or Terraform) for building cloud-based file transfer services.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of hands-on experience with at least one core MFT platform (GoAnywhere preferred; IBM Sterling B2B/SFG or Cleo Harmony also considered).
- Proven experience in development, administration, partner onboarding, protocol configuration, and enterprise-grade troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols: FTP, FTPS, SFTP, S3, Connect: Direct.
- Excellent experience managing server infrastructure (Linux & Windows), networking fundamentals (load balancers, firewalls, DMZ), and platform operations.
- Proficient in scripting (Python preferred), Bash, PowerShell, and REST API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with application databases (SQL) for reporting, scripting, and automation.
- Experience with certificate lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in AWS or any cloud platform, including working with Infrastructure as Code (CDK or Terraform).
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to act as the bridge between business and technology teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Digital.ai/XLR, UCD).
- Exposure to ETL tools or related data movement technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow Citizen Development or workflow automations.
- Knowledge of Power BI dashboards for operational metrics.
- Familiarity with DevOps best practices (branching strategies, pipelines, version control).
- Experience with Ansible for configuration automation.
