SAP Expert

Role- SAP Expert - SAP PM / EAM

Experience Range- 10-17 Yrs in SAP PM + S/4HANA EAM

Min 5-8 Years of relevant experience in SAP PM and well- versed in S4 HANA EAM/ECC with good analytical skills and domain experience in manufacturing/Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Required end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support activities for the SAP EAM module (Plant Maintenance).

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand asset management and maintenance requirements, and design optimal SAP-based solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP EAM processes including 9 phase model with Proactive , reactive, Maintenance and Fiori apps

• Define and manage Work Orders, Notifications, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Measurement Documents, and Equipment Master Data.

• Integrate SAP EAM with other modules such as MM, PP, QM, and FICO as per business requirements.

• Provide functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces related to EAM, Also need knowledge on SSAM, and FSM.

• Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and cutover activities.

• Deliver user training, create documentation, and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP PM / EAM across S/4HANA platforms.

• Hands-on experience in Plant Maintenance master data management, 9 phase model with Proactive , reactive maintenance cycles.

• Knowledge on SAP for me , Jaira , CALM tools

• Understanding of SAP EAM integration with MM, PP, QM, and FICO.

• Good knowledge of business processes in manufacturing industries.

• Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) – configuration, deployment, and integration.

• Exposure to SAP Field Service Management (FSM) – Mater data ,self-service scheduling, dispatching, and integration via Proaxia connecter.

• Understanding of mobile asset maintenance, GIS integration, and offline functionalities.
