Turing invites Legal Experts from around the world to join projects that fine-tune AI models like ChatGPT. What does day-to-day look like:

- Create challenging legal hypothetical scenarios within your jurisdiction(s) of legal expertise. - Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to legal hypotheticals across multiple areas of law relevant to your jurisdiction. - Apply a structured legal rubric to assess issue spotting, accuracy, reasoning, and application of law. - Identify gaps, edge cases, and blind spots in legal reasoning, helping define benchmarks for legal AI performance across diverse legal systems. - Provide detailed, high-quality annotations and written feedback to refine AI models. - Collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals.

Requirements:

- Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent) from an accredited institution in your jurisdiction; Bar admission or equivalent professional qualification (active/inactive, where applicable). - 3+ years of legal practice or teaching experience within your jurisdiction. - Strong reasoning skills across core areas of law within your legal system. - Excellent written communication skills in English and strong attention to detail. - Project management experience is a plus. Former product counsel experience is a plus. - Comfortable with learning how to use new technology. High ethical standards; interest in AI is a plus.
