8–10 years Work Shift : Mon to Fri, 9:30 AM to 7 PM Role Overview: This is a comprehensive HR Generalist role with strong exposure to: • HR Operations & HRIS management • End-to-end Talent Acquisition • Performance Management cycles • Payroll inputs & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity) • Employee lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding) • HR reporting & analytics • Employee engagement initiatives We are looking for someone with strong HR fundamentals, hands-on HRMS experience, and the ability to independently manage multiple HR processes while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
