Physiotherapist Team Lead

Team Lead – Physiotherapy Department We are looking for a passionate and experienced physiotherapist to lead our Physiotherapy Department near Kozhikode. This is a meaningful opportunity to shape rehabilitation care for patients and drive excellence within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

What You'll Do As Team Lead, you will play a dual role — clinician and leader. You will mentor and guide junior physiotherapists, helping them grow in both skill and confidence. You'll build strong clinical relationships with consultants and other departments to ensure physiotherapy is embedded as an integral part of patient care. You will design and implement condition-specific rehabilitation programs, keep communication seamless across teams, and take ownership of the department's annual operating plan.

What We're Looking For The right candidate should bring at least 5 years of physiotherapy experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a tertiary care setting. You should have good communication skills - written as well as verbal. Prior onco experience is an advantage, though not mandatory. Working fluency in Malayalam is essential for this role.
