You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing, and cross-border environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and dependencies
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients; prepare client decks and lead project status and progress calls
- Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate implementation
- Conduct and manage UAT, track feedback, resolve issues with vendors, and ensure client sign-off
- Plan and manage change management, communications, and training activities
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when required
- Collaborate with vendors to define benefits program Terms & Conditions, including booking flows, cancellation and amendment policies (Program Brief)
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure project governance and adherence to internal processes
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and develop trackers to monitor delivery performance and bottlenecks
- Support other ad-hoc project-related activities as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Technology domains
- Strong end-to-end project management skills: planning, scope control, schedule management, and execution
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
- Proven ability in risk and issue management, including mitigation planning and tracking
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and handle conflicts constructively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially in virtual and remote working environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand dependencies and make data-driven recommendations
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate in additional languages beyond English is an advantage

- High-impact, client-facing role
- Opportunity for contract extension or conversion
