Technical Lead / Architect – Azure Cloud Infrastructure

with a strong background in

Windows and Linux environments

to drive cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist with deep Azure expertise and strong infrastructure fundamentals. Key Responsibilities Lead design and implementation of

Azure-based infrastructure solutions

across enterprise environments. Architect scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions on

Microsoft Azure . Manage and optimize

Windows and Linux server environments

in hybrid and cloud-native setups. Drive

cloud migration and modernization

initiatives (on-prem to Azure). Collaborate with stakeholders to define

cloud architecture standards and best practices . Ensure compliance with

security, governance, and reliability frameworks . Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and performance issues. Required Skills 8–12 years of experience in

Infrastructure Engineering / Cloud Engineering . Strong expertise in

Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, storage, compute) . Solid hands-on experience with

Windows and Linux server administration . Experience in

Azure migrations, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure automation . Strong understanding of

networking concepts (VNet, VPN, load balancers, firewalls) . Exposure to

infrastructure as code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep preferred) . Knowledge of

monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions . Good to Have Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent). Experience with

DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines . Exposure to

security and compliance frameworks . Prior experience in a
