Candidate must have their own laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for full-time remote engineering work.
Interview Process: 3 rounds (1st with Head of Engineering, 2nd with CTO, 3rd Cultural fitment)
You’ll work on bleeding-edge AI use cases in the fashion industry and grow with us to Series A.

What This Role Actually Is
You are a systems engineer who prioritizes quality. You design and build:
Test automation frameworks
CI reliability gates
Load & performance systems
Failure simulations
Regression-proof release pipelines
AI-assisted test harnesses
You don’t write manual test cases.
You engineer infrastructure that prevents bad releases.
Non-Negotiables
You’ll fit right in and succeed if you:
Are an aggressive self-starter. No task-waiting.
Understand business priorities and optimize risk accordingly.
Can single-handedly ship large roadmap items.
Know how reliable systems are engineered.
Use AI tooling and coding agents to multiply output — not produce slop.
Understand CI/CD, infra, containers, and production systems.
Communicate clearly with both engineers and leadership.
Have zero tolerance for flaky tests.
Help junior engineers level up.
