You will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, improve website performance, drive online sales, and help build a better shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the online store(s) Create, update, and optimise product listings (images, pricing, descriptions, etc.) Monitor website performance and improve user experience Track inventory, order flow, and fulfilment coordination Plan and execute campaigns to drive traffic and sales Analyse sales data, website metrics, and customer behaviour Improve product visibility and conversion rates across platforms Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, design, and support teams Handle customer queries/escalations related to online orders Identify and solve operational issues in a fast-paced environment Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with e-commerce platforms and online store management Good understanding of sales and digital marketing Strong communication and coordination skills Analytical mindset with data-based decision-making ability Fashion/retail experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Must be available for a full-time, on-site role in Ghaziabad Location
