Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
Logistics: Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate with hiring managers.
Candidate Experience: Act as the face of the company for candidates, ensuring a professional and welcoming interview process.
Job Postings: Manage the "Careers" page and external job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
First Impressions: Coordinate "Day 1" activities, including background checks, equipment delivery, and orientation sessions.
Compliance: Collect and verify new hire documentation (I-9s, tax forms, NDAs).
Exits: Facilitate the offboarding process, including exit interviews and asset recovery.
3. HRIS & Data Management
Record Keeping: Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure employee records are 100% accurate.
Reporting: Run basic reports on turnover, headcount, and diversity metrics for leadership.
Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits of digital and physical employee files.
