Client Advisory Manager | TSDN REALTORS LLP | Pune
TSDN REALTORS LLP is a boutique luxury real estate advisory firm specialising in high-value residential and corporate commercial transactions across Western Pune. We operate on a relationship-first, referral-driven model and cater to HNI and UHNI clientele.
We are looking to hire hospitality-driven Corporate Sales professionals (Management Trainees or candidates with ~5–7 years of client-facing experience) who are keen to transition into luxury real estate advisory.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, understanding lifestyle and investment requirements, advising clients on suitable luxury properties, and driving transactions while delivering a premium, consultative client experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients
• Understand client requirements and provide curated property advisory
• Coordinate property viewings and manage transaction processes
• Work closely with developers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, discretion, and client experience
Ideal Background
• Hospitality / luxury service / premium client-facing industries preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• High integrity, maturity, and ownership mindset
• Willingness to learn luxury real estate advisory and financial basics
