Manager - Medical Excellence (Digital Transformation)

Job Overview:

BSV–Mankind is seeking a Manager – Digital Transformation (Medical Affairs) to lead and support the adoption of digital tools, advanced analytics, and technology-enabled processes across Medical Affairs. This role will focus on enhancing scientific engagement, improving operational efficiency, strengthening evidence generation, and enabling real-time insights while ensuring compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Transformation

• Drive digital transformation initiatives within Medical Affairs aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives

• Identify opportunities to integrate digital technologies such as AI, analytics platforms, CRM tools, and omnichannel engagement solutions

• Support the transition of Medical Affairs from traditional, reactive models to proactive, data-driven and patient-centric approaches

Medical Affairs Enablement

• Partner with Medical Affairs teams to digitize workflows related to studies, publications, advisory boards, and scientific engagement

• Support digital enablement of product lifecycle activities including development, clinical research, post-marketing surveillance, and real-world evidence (RWE)

• Enhance scientific exchange and engagement with HCPs through digital and virtual platforms

Omnichannel & Stakeholder Engagement

• Enable omnichannel engagement strategies across webinars, virtual meetings, email, digital platforms, and emerging channels

• Support identification, profiling, and engagement of HCPs and Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) using digital tools

• Facilitate virtual collaboration with external stakeholders including investigators, institutions, partners, and vendors

Technology, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure digital initiatives comply with regulatory, ethical, and data privacy requirements

• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Data Privacy teams to ensure secure data handling and governance

• Support evaluation and implementation of secure data-sharing technologies and platforms

Change Management & Capability Building

• Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of digital tools across Medical Affairs teams

• Conduct training, documentation, and user enablement for new platforms and technologies

• Address cultural resistance by promoting a phased and user-centric approach to digital adoption

Job Requirements

• MBBS with IT/digital expertise would be preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, digital transformation, healthcare analytics, pharma operations, or related roles

• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions and the pharmaceutical / healthcare ecosystem

• Ability to manage multiple digital initiatives simultaneously and collaborate across cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, compliance frameworks, and digital governance

• Experience supporting omnichannel or virtual HCP engagement initiatives

• Certification or coursework in Digital Transformation, Analytics, or Project Management (preferred but not mandatory)
