Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Brand Manager - Performance Marketing who can
lead brand-building initiatives while driving measurable performance outcomes. This role
requires a strong blend of creative brand strategy and analytical performance marketing
expertise to build awareness, scale acquisition, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated brand strategies that align with business objectives.
• Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads,
Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Identify new growth opportunities, trends, and platforms to scale marketing impact.
• Manage budgets, track spends, and ensure cost efficiency in campaigns.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in brand management and performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Proven track record in developing brand strategies and executing performance
campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills.
• Fintech experience is a plus.
