Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

Hiring: ERP Specialist (Manufacturing) | On-Site | Ghaziabad

We are looking for an ERP Specialist to manage and implement ERP systems in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Odoo, Logic ERP, or ERPNext and be comfortable handling both system implementation and day-to-day operational support.

Must-Have Skills

- Experience in implementing and managing ERP systems in a manufacturing setup - (Odoo / Logic ERP / ERPNext) - Strong understanding of business process improvement and workflow optimization - Ability to handle basic accounting tasks: - Raising invoices - Managing creditor statements - Maintaining day book - Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Strong coordination and communication skills

Role Responsibilities

- Implement, manage, and improve ERP usage across departments - Analyze existing business processes and streamline operations - Monitor ERP/system performance and resolve issues quickly - Work with cross-functional teams (production, purchase, sales, accounts, etc.) - Ensure ERP workflows align with operational goals and improve productivity - Support daily system usage, process compliance, and reporting

Preferred

- Experience in fashion/apparel manufacturing (plus point) - Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
