We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

QuickBooks Accountant

based in India to support our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of U.S. accounting standards, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and the ability to manage various financial tasks independently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities Daily Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions in QuickBooks Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Accounts Payable: Process vendor bills and schedule payments Perform vendor reconciliations Accounts Receivable: Create and send customer invoices Create schedules for next billing cycles/reminders Follow up on outstanding receivables Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation: Upload Credit Card Transactions & Properly Classify Inventory Control & Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations for Inventory Reconcile Inventory to the Balance Sheet Financial Reporting: Generate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) QuickBooks Maintenance: Assist in maintaining chart of accounts Perform periodic data cleanup and review Compliance Support: Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and time management Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification Experience working with U.S.-based clients

Work Requirements Willingness to work

U.S. business hours
