We are now building a world-class demand generation engine.

The Role: Own Pipeline. Build the Engine.

This role owns one number:

Qualified pipeline generated for Punctuations.

Not impressions.

Not vanity metrics.

Not traffic.

Pipeline that converts into revenue.

You will design, build, and scale the complete demand generation system targeting US mid-market and enterprise buyers.

This is both a strategy and execution role.

You will build the system from scratch.

Core Responsibilities

1. Build and Own the Demand Generation Engine

Design and execute the full-funnel system:

Awareness → Interest → Lead → Meeting → Opportunity → Revenue

Channels include:

- LinkedIn Ads - Google Ads - SEO - Landing pages - Lead magnets - Cold email - LinkedIn outbound - Webinars - Case study driven campaigns

Focus on:

- Qualified meetings - Pipeline generated - Cost per opportunity

2. Generate High-Quality Inbound Pipeline

Build inbound channels that consistently generate qualified leads:

- Create high-converting landing pages - Develop lead magnets targeted to ICPs - Run paid acquisition campaigns - Build SEO strategy targeting high-intent keywords - Launch webinar programs

Work closely with founders to convert technical capability into demand.

3. Build and Optimize Outbound Demand Programs

Design outbound campaigns targeting specific ICPs:

- Cold email sequences - LinkedIn outreach - Account-based campaigns

Continuously optimize:

- Open rates - Response rates - Meeting conversion

4. Build Funnel Analytics and Attribution

Create dashboards tracking:

- Cost per meeting - Cost per opportunity - Pipeline generated - Channel performance - Conversion rates across funnel

Make decisions based on data.

Kill what doesn’t work. Scale what does.

5. Position Punctuations as a Leader in Applied AI

Translate technical AI capabilities into messaging that resonates with buyers.

Develop campaigns showcasing:

- AI Agent deployments - IDP solutions - Automation use cases - Case studies and real customer ROI

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must Have

5+ years experience in B2B demand generation for:

- AI companies - SaaS companies - Engineering services companies - Technology consulting companies

Strong hands-on experience with:

- LinkedIn Ads - Google Ads - SEO - Landing page optimization - Lead magnets - Email campaigns - CRM systems

Experience targeting:

- US market - Mid-market and enterprise buyers

Strong analytical mindset.

Comfortable owning pipeline targets.

Comfortable working directly with founders.

Strong Plus

Experience marketing:

- AI products - AI services - Engineering services - Automation platforms

Experience using:

- HubSpot - Salesforce - Apollo - Clay - SEMrush - Google Analytics

Experience building demand gen from scratch.

Startup experience.

What Success Looks Like

Within 3–6 months:

- Predictable pipeline generation system - Consistent qualified meetings booked - Optimized paid acquisition channels - Lead magnets generating inbound demand

Within 6–12 months:

- Fully scalable demand engine - Clear CAC by channel - Consistent revenue contribution from marketing
