Coupa Functional Consultant (SAP Integration)

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, and optimize Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Spend Analysis, and Contract Management. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Coupa with SAP ERP systems. - Analyse existing procurement workflows and recommend automation and process‑efficiency improvements. - Provide functional and technical support for Coupa, including issue resolution and system enhancements. - Conduct end‑user training, prepare documentation, and support change management initiatives.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands‑on experience with the Coupa Procurement Suite. - Knowledge of SAP SRM, Ariba, and integration frameworks; experience with migration projects involving Coupa and SAP. - Understanding of compliance, audit standards, and data security in procurement systems. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Coupa and/or SAP. - Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries. - Exposure to global rollout projects and multi‑country implementations.
