Job Description

- Location: Baner, Pune - Salary: Best as per market standards - Shift: India Night Shift - Experience: 3–6 Years

We are seeking a highly proactive IT Talent Sourcing Specialist – US Market to help build and scale a structured, national sourcing engine. This is not a traditional requisition-based recruiting role - it is a skill-group focused sourcing position designed to build long-term IT talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-driven, and comfortable engaging candidates through outbound outreach. Personality, drive, and sourcing mindset are prioritized over deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates across Application Development and Functional roles. - Conduct screening conversations and assess candidate fit and interest. - Move qualified talent into “Active Candidate” status. - Build and maintain long-term pipelines by specific IT skill groups (e.g., Salesforce, .NET, Project Managers). - Engage candidates through outbound calls and consistent follow-ups. - Provide recruiters with pre-qualified, submission-ready talent. - Support rapid VMS submissions. - Track sourcing activity including calls, emails, and database updates.

Qualifications

- 3 – 6 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (agency or corporate environment). - Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). - Exposure to IT hiring (Application Development or Functional roles preferred). - Familiarity with ATS or VMS platforms is an advantage. - High curiosity, strong engagement skills, and a proactive mindset.
