Role Overview: We are looking for a

hands-on Backend Developer with Machine Learning experience

to build and scale backend systems that power a US-based healthcare product. The role focuses on production-ready ML, APIs, and data-driven backend services.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain scalable backend services for ML-driven features Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models in production environments Develop APIs and data pipelines for model inference and integrations Work closely with product, ML, and data teams on end-to-end solutions Ensure system reliability, performance, and data security

Requirements: Strong hands-on experience in

Python

(or similar backend languages) Practical exposure to

machine learning models and model serving Experience with

REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms Familiarity with

ML frameworks

(PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn) Ownership mindset with ability to build and ship independently

Nice to Have: Experience in

healthcare or regulated domains Exposure to

MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud ML services

hands-on backend + ML role , not a pure research position.
