Roles and Responsibilities : After successfully piloting SparksDream Skills Playbooks in a blended format, we are now automating our insights and scaling outcomes through an immersive mobile app. We are seeking a Front-End Developer to co-build the MVP of the SparksDream App, translating behavioral insights into a usable, lovable, and scalable MVP, working directly with the founders. This is a hands-on, builder-first role for someone who thrives in early-stage creation, working with the existing UX design and logic frameworks.

Build Core Product Capabilities: a. Learn-on-the-Go Modules Build micro-sized, gamified learning experiences designed for consistent micro-practice and continuous progress.

b. Conversational Spaces Build safe, structured, non-overwhelming peer-group spaces for expression, reflection, and sharing. Implement controlled matching logic for peer cohorts, accountability pairs, and expert mentors.

c. AI-Driven Personalization Operationalize persona mapping to automate context setting for each learner. Integrate LLM-based recommendation and guidance systems that situate frameworks in a business context.

d. Visible Learning Growth Build low-friction, incremental progress capture. Implement visible progress trackers that reinforce repeat usage and habit formation. Connect learning activities to application metrics, enabling measurable business-oriented growth built upon the given logic framework.

Collaboration: Work with product design and tech teams to ensure pedagogical intent is reflected in the product. Convert insights shared by the UX team into actionable technical improvements. Collaborate with founders for rapid experimentation and evidence-based iteration.

Feedback & Iteration: Work with rapid cycles of prototyping → testing → analysis → refinement. Identify, track, and fix frontend bugs, including issues related to visual consistency, user interactions, responsiveness, and layout across devices and browsers. Prioritize shipping over perfection; evolve the MVP into a validated POC.  Quality, Performance & Scalability Own code quality, testing, reliability, and security standards. Build for scale—ensuring that contextual personalization, peer matching, and data flows remain performant with growth. Maintain comprehensive documentation and support smooth handovers as the team grows.

You are a good fit as a React Native Developer if you: At least 3+ years of hands-on, production-level React Native development. Can integrate AI-driven conversation flows into assistant-like UI components. Can manage dynamic state for personalised recommendations, learning paths, and content sequencing Can access GPS, map coordinates, geofencing, and build proximity-based logic Can build community spaces with presence indicators, status updates, and multi-user room logic. Can create forms, rating sliders, interactive inputs, and feedback components. Can build analytics visualisation screens (charts, progress dashboards, trackers). Can work on calendar integrations for habit checks, weekly tasks, reminders, and scheduling.

Milestones and Deliverables: Milestone 1 – Foundations & Core Shell Duration:

~80 hours Tranche 1:

25% of the total amount Scope:

Project setup, navigation stacks, onboarding & auth flows, local storage + sync architecture, habit + weekly tracker UI, WebSocket client boilerplate.

Milestone 2 – Core Features & AI Surfaces Duration:

~300 hours Tranche 2:

50% of the total amount Scope:

Learn-on-the-Go modules, gamified micro‑interactions, state management, community UI, rooms UI with WebSockets, GPS/map, AI support screens, dashboards, nudges, performance pass.

Milestone 3 – Stabilization & Pilot Readiness Duration:

~80 hours Tranche 3:

25% of the total amount Scope:

UI/UX polish, accessibility, performance tuning, beta builds and device testing, final rooms behaviour, end‑to‑end QA support, pilot checklist.

Location: Remote with flexible work hours
