Experience: 18–21 years (with 2–3 years as ServiceNow Practice Leader in IT services)

A dynamic leader to build, scale, and drive the ServiceNow practice globally. This role requires a proven track record in practice leadership, delivery excellence, and business growth across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership: Build and grow ServiceNow capability, solutions, and frameworks.
Business Growth: Own P&L, manage multiple accounts, drive client success, and create referenceable customers.
Delivery Excellence: Ensure high CSAT, operational efficiency, and innovative client outcomes.
Capability Building: Bridge skill gaps, develop expertise in new ServiceNow products, and create accelerators/thought leadership.
Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales for proactive propositions, pre‑sales support, and marketing initiatives.
Global Engagement: Manage stakeholders across US, Europe, UK, and APAC with strong communication and integrity.
