Quality Assurance Contractor

We are seeking a QA Contractor for a 3-month onsite engagement at our Kolkata office. This role involves close collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams and requires the ability to evaluate AI-driven features beyond basic functional testing.

Role Details:

Location: Kolkata (Onsite)

Duration: 3 Months (Contract)

Compensation: ₹30,000 per month

Start: Immediate joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of product features and provide structured QA sign-off prior to releases. - Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to validate feature behaviour and edge cases. - Evaluate AI-driven features not just for functionality, but also for output quality, logical consistency, and contextual accuracy. - Identify regressions, usability gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risk areas.

What we are looking for?

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying edge cases. - Ability to understand nuanced feature behavior, especially in AI-powered workflows. - Clear and structured documentation and communication skills. - Experience with software quality assurance processes, including manual testing; familiarity with automated testing is a plus. - Proficiency with bug tracking and test case management tools is good to have.
