Internal Control Manager

Why this job is important

The Internal Controls Manager will play a key role in protecting and strengthening our financial integrity. You’ll help ensure our finance processes are well controlled, compliant and fit for a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment. Your work will directly support trust in our numbers and confidence in how we operate, both internally and with external stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Finance and Shared Service Centres, using your expertise to spot gaps, improve controls and suggest smarter, more efficient ways of working. This is a role where your judgement, curiosity and attention to detail will really matter.

What you’ll be doing

Designing and monitoring internal controls across key finance processes Leading control testing, with a strong focus on order‑to‑cash and financial close activities Identifying gaps or inefficiencies and recommending practical improvements Partnering with process owners to understand end‑to‑end workflows and control effectiveness Supporting internal and external audits with clear documentation and evidence

The ideal skills & experience

Experience in internal controls, audit or compliance roles A solid understanding of core finance processes, ideally in shared service environments Confidence working with ERP systems and finance platforms Strong analytical and documentation skills, with an eye for detail The ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with a professional qualification (or working towards one)
