We are seeking GCP Architect with hands on experience in GCP Cloud Architect, Cloud load balancing, aws to gcp migration, etc.,

What You'll Do:
- Lead architecture and delivery for a large-scale migration of security platforms to Google Cloud and drive SaaS transformation (multi-tenant, cloud-native) with strong compliance needs (FedRAMP, FIPS, DoD IL5).
- Architect AWS-to-GCP migration, ensuring functional parity, minimal downtime, and cost efficiency.
- Design and provision GCP infrastructure (VPC, GKE, IAM, NAT, Load Balancer, Artifact Registry).
- Lead data and tenant migration, schema validation, and cutover strategies.
- Decompose monolithic applications into Kubernetes-based microservices; enable CI/CD, GitOps, RBAC/SSO.
- Establish multi-tenant SaaS foundations with tenant isolation, elastic scaling, and API Gateway.
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FIPS, DoD IL5; drive secure SDLC and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with client and Google engineering teams for environments, triage, and architecture signoffs.
- Produce architecture diagrams, migration playbooks, deployment scripts, and Jira backlogs.
- Mentor engineers and uphold high standards for execution quality.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 11+ years in cloud/enterprise architecture, 5+ years on GCP leading large migrations or SaaS builds.
- Deep hands-on experience with GKE/Kubernetes, IAM, VPC/networking, Cloud Load Balancing, Artifact Registry, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL/Spanner, CI/CD, and observability.
- Proven expertise in data/tenant migration, zero-downtime patterns, and cost optimization on GCP.
- Strong Terraform (IaC), GitOps (e.g., Argo CD), and RBAC/SSO integration.
- Ability to drive architecture decisions, trade-off analyses, and stakeholder alignment.
- Establish multi-tenant SaaS foundations with tenant isolation, elastic scaling, and API Gateway
